No matter where you are from or what kinds of cuisine you are pursuing, your soul of cooking need to be recognized well through each dish by each single customer.
My Story
My name is Minh Chien Do- a Culinary student at George Brown College.
​
I have a big dream of owning an Asia restaurant in Canada where will serve Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese cuisine and Vijaca is the name that I want people to call my establishment. Therefore, becoming a chef is a part of this journey; moreover, I like being inspired by people who show their satisfied faces from eating good food or receiving any services from others. In addition, a restaurant where I think a chef is not just about providing his/ her superior food but also a place for him/ her to build and share the cultures with each client.

Currently, I am working in this industry as a cook for two restaurants. One is about Chinese and Japanese cuisine, and the other is mostly focusing on authentic Italian cuisine.

Through this Blogging experience, not only learning more how others feel about their cooking in terms of earning inspiration but I also look for supports from other’s experience in order to improve and perfect my thoughts and knowledge of the culinary industry such as their favorite cuisine, their cooking technique, etc.
